Precaution on Token Theft
Hi everyone,
Unfortunately, some of our investors lost their tokens as a result of inattention, inexperience, or their password being hacked.
The method which I will mention now is not a guarantee of total security but you will have closed your own accounts used on your behalf through other accounts or contract addresses. (Too many tokens stolen this way)
* Keep your 12-word Metamask/Trustwallet password in a safe environment (if possible, in an environment without internet access), and do not share with anyone!
* Be careful of the places in which you make the approval process.
- Method -
Replace the address text at the end of the address I shared below with your Metamask/Trustwallet address and go to the address.
You will see the list of contract addresses that you have allowed (assigned proxy) to use your Portokens for you and how many usage rights you have given.
If you did not sell with POR before and did not participate in Testnet, there will be an empty list.
In the list that appears, the names of the allowed contracts will be written under Approved Spender.
PancakeSwap: Router v2
If you are actively trading on pancakeswap, it is okay to do that.
Other than that, if you’re not sure what to do, we recommend removing any permissions you see.
ERC1967Proxy
If you’re seeing ERC1967Proxy and have joined the testnet, that’s our testnet lock contract. There’s no harm in removing it, because we’re done with that contract.
BurgerAggregator
This is the hack contract, remove the hack contract as you see it without thinking.
- remove permission -
* First, click the Connect to Web3 button in the upper left corner of the screen to connect with the wallet with the address you changed with.
You will see the Revoke field on the far right of the list that appears. For each contract, you need to give approval from your wallet to remove the permission by pressing the button here.
* After completing these actions, check the page again and make sure you have a clean list.
